Our Stars, Stripes & Smiles event brought together volunteer caregivers, care receivers, and community members for an afternoon filled with creativity, laughter, and connection as we celebrated America’s 250th Anniversary last week!
One of the day’s highlights was our Paint-a-Bag activity, where our caregivers and care receivers worked side by side to create colorful keepsakes together. A special thank you to the incredible student volunteers from Sewa International South Jersey for helping make the activity such a success. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and willingness to serve helped create meaningful moments and lasting memories for everyone involved.
We are also deeply grateful to Kathy Lo Bue from Glen Eagle Advisors for her commitment to our mission and generous support which helped make this special event possible.
A heartfelt thank you as well to Incarnation-St. James Catholic Church for their warm hospitality and for graciously providing the perfect setting for an afternoon of fellowship, creativity, and community.

At Interfaith Caregivers, moments like these remind us that caring for one another goes beyond providing a service—it’s about building relationships, creating joyful memories, and strengthening the connections that make our community thrive.
