TRADE Transportation to VA Hospitals
TRADE provides transportation for Mercer County veterans to and from VA hospitals:
- Every Tuesday to Lyons VA Medical Center
- Every Wednesday to East Orange VA Medical Center

The JFCS DoorDash program will deliver groceries directly to your door following
your hospital discharge and once more the following week to help you

Registered nurses visit home-bound and low-income seniors who require on-going support not covered by Medicare. Home Health Nursing Visits Program is provided by Mt. Carmel Guild

Care & Support
Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC), a State-funded program that provides in-home and community-based services to individuals age 60 or older who meet clinical eligibility for nursing home level of care and who desire to remain in their homes within the community. Comprehensive Services on Aging (COPSA) - offers resources and caregivers support groups to those who are caring for someone with memory issues.
The Personal Assistance Services Program (PASP) assists those living with disabilities in Mercer County. Services are consumer-directed and supervised and are considered to be social services, rather than medical.
