In recognition of our 9/11 Day of Service, Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County (ICGMC) is joining hands with our community partner, Caring Connections of New Jersey & Pennsylvania to organize a non-perishable food collection drive benefiting older adults in our community.
We invite Interfaith Caregiver family to join us in this meaningful effort by donating non-perishable food items. Many older adults in our community face food insecurity, and even a small contribution can help ensure that a neighbor has access to nutritious and easy-to-prepare food.
Collection Dates: August 20 – September 14, 2026
Drop-Off Location: ICGMC Office, 3635 Quakerbridge Road, Suite 16, Hamilton, NJ
Please see the flyer for details about the types of food items most needed. At the conclusion of the drive, all collected donations will be distributed to community food pantries that support older adults and others in need.
The 9/11 Day of Service is an opportunity to honor a day that profoundly impacted our nation by coming together in the spirit of service, compassion, and community. We hope you will join ICGMC and Caring Connections of New Jersey & Pennsylvania in making this collective effort a meaningful one.
Thank you, as always, for the many ways you continue to care for and strengthen our community. Every donation helps ensure local older adults have access to nutritious food.
Please call us at our Office on 609-393 9922 for any questions or additional information.
