Catholic Community of Incarnation-St. James Parish
Incarnation-St. James Parish is an active partner of Interfaith Caregivers of Mercer County (ICGMC). For many years, parishioners have not only benefited from ICGMC’s compassionate services but have also joyfully served as volunteers — offering their time, care, and presence to those in need.
As Fr. Stan De Boe, OSST, parish pastor, beautifully expressed:
“We are but a small part of the good work you are doing, yet we are deeply grateful to walk alongside you in putting faith into action with our sisters and brothers of many traditions.”
Mount Carmel Guild, Trenton NJ
Mt. Carmel Guild has been a cornerstone of Catholic social services in Mercer County for over 104 years. Each year, the Guild’s Community Support Food Pantry provides nourishment to more than 10,000 individuals – children, families, seniors, and the working poor.
The Guild’s nationally accredited Home Health Nursing Program serves low-income, homebound Mercer County residents aged 60 and over. Delivered by skilled registered nurses at no cost, the program provides weekday in-home visits that include thorough health assessments, personalized care plans, and coordination with families, pharmacies, social service agencies, and medical providers.
