Here’s what one participant said about her experience:
I was at an extremely low point in my life while caring for my husband; I was experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety and depression. Through the grace of God I was selected for the program which literally changed and saved my life.
The many stress-busting techniques presented were invaluable; but for me the meditation technique was my life changer. Not a day goes by that I don’t practice meditation and it has proven very beneficial in helping me to focus on the present.
